Eran Charit

Eran  is  the  Head  of  Structured  and  Capital  Solutions  at  AON Eran is a Credit and political risks specialist working with traders, corporates and lenders to create bespoke risk mitigation and cap- ital  optimisation  solutions,  providing  clients  with  a  competitive edge by them to better understand and manage their risks.

Alexander Peters

Alexander is the Group Chief Financial Officer at ArrowResources AG. He has more than 27 years of experience in financial leader- ship roles covering M&A, debt capital markets, trade & structured finance, corporate finance, financial reporting and commodity risk management encompassing oil & gas (upstream, midstream, downstream) as well as the metals & mining sector. Prior roles include Group CFO at State Oil; CFO at Sahara Energy; Head of Finance at Trafigura and Finance Director at Raiffeisenbank International. Alexander holds an MBA in Finance (Webster Pri- vate University Vienna) and an Executive Master Degree of European and In- ternational Business Law (University St. Gallen).

Kristofer Tremaine

Kristofer is the founder and CEO of Kimura Capital, established in 2013. Kimura is a private credit asset management firm focused on financing the physical supply chain of commodities worldwide. ESG and impact investing sit at the core of its business, providing responsible capital into the real economy, supporting environmental and so- cial sustainability. Prior to founding Kimura, over a 23 year career, he held vari- ous senior roles at Soc Gen, Hetco and latterly as global head of Commodities at PPG.

Harris Antoniou

Harris Antoniou is the Founder and Managing Director of Neptune International AG. He has held various executive and manage- ment positions in leading institutions in the financial sector over the last 25 years with emphasis on real assets lending and investments in the fields of Energy Commodities and Transportation. Most recently as a partner and board member of Advent Technologies Inc., a leading pro- ducer of fuel cells and core materials, he was instrumental in the capital rais- ing effort of the company and its Nasdaq listing. He served as CEO of Amster- dam Trade Bank, and as the CEO of AMCI – a private group that focusses on mining, trading, transportation, and private equity. Between 2009 and 2013 he was the Managing Director of Energy, Commodities and Transportation ofABN AMRO, where he led the international expansion of the business, always focusing on debt and equity investments in real assets, as well as in invest- ment banking.
